To ensure customer satisfaction, we carefully inspect all of our merchandise before shipping. For exchange of products , we should be informed of the quality issue along with the defect within the first week of receiving the products. We shall replace the product free of charge provided the original products are returned.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 15 days of order receipt. Product must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.
For return of items $200 and above where free shipping is applicable, we would need to charge you the actual shipping amount it cost us to ship the item. This amount would be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
All sale & discounted product is FINAL SALE. This also includes the items purchased by using the discount code (except for 15% welcome discount code). No returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you do send sale product back to us it will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
Please note : Due to the nature of these hand made products certain irregularities in embroideries/ printing are an integral part of the product. We have a devoted team of people inspecting the quality of the merchandise and providing the best that is possible for such hand made products. We shall not be able to fulfill any exchange requests received for the criteria stated above.
Colors—Since our products are all hand made, there would be slight variations in color, finish and design. Colors on the website are as accurate as possible, but may not be exact.
