1. Minimums

2. Currency
All payments are in USD
3. Shipping
Domestic
- We use service which is most economical for all shipments within USA.
The shipping cost will be advised separately. Please contact us for
express pricing
International - Please contact us for information on shipping rates.
Tracking - Tracking number would be provided.
4. Lead time and delivery
Lead-time depends on the order. Delivery would be advised at the time of placing the order. Any
changes in order may extend delivery time. Usually our inventory is in
stock and we ship out goods within 4-7 days of receiving the order.
After that the usual shipping time is about 3-7 days in USA.
5. Payment
We
accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
only), wire, money order, personal checks. Goods shall be shipped once
payment is processed. If we receive a personal check, the order shall be
shipped as soon as the payment is cleared.
6. Ordering information
Cost of our products include feather filler and individual poly-bagging.
Any additional requirements requested shall be at the expense of the buyer.
7. Special/Custom orders
These
orders will require a sample approval prior to production. An advance
deposit would be required. Cancellation of a custom order results in
forfeit of deposit. Minimum order is required for custom orders. Please
contact us for rates.
8. Refund
No
refunds are offered after the first week of placing the order. Advance
deposit will be forfeited on any cancellation of custom bulk orders.
9. Exchange
To
ensure customer satisfaction, we carefully inspect all of our
merchandise before shipping. For exchange of products , we should be
informed of the quality issue along with the defect within the first
week of receiving the products. We shall replace the product free of
charge provided the original products are returned. Return shipping is
at your own expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please
note : Due to the nature of these hand made products certain
irregularities in embroideries/ printing are an integral part of the
product. Also the colors and look of the product has been kept as close
to the original as possible in the website. However slight variations in
color/design/texture may still exist. We have a devoted team of people
inspecting the quality of the merchandise and providing the best that is
possible for such hand made products. We shall not be able to fulfill
any exchange requests received for the criteria stated above.
Colors
- Since our products are all hand made, there would be slight
variations in color, finish and design. Colors on the website are as
accurate as possible, but may not be exact.
