Shipping
Delivery
Time: In stock orders ship within 5 business
days. Delivery time is after that and based on what shipping service is
selected . We will notify you of any backorders and an expected ship date. We
use Fedex for all shipments. For any custom orders based on the requirement we
shall inform the minimum requirement and delivery.
Web Promotion Codes
Promotional codes apply to full-price items only.
Payment Online sales: All of our orders are processed through PayPal. You DO NOT
require a PayPal account nor are you obligated to open a PayPal account in
order to process your payment, any credit card will be sufficient.
Wholesale: We
accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Returns and Exchanges
To ensure customer satisfaction, we carefully inspect all of
our merchandise before shipping. For exchange of products , we should be
informed of the quality issue along with the defect within the first week of
receiving the products. We shall replace the product free of charge provided
the original products are returned. Return shipping is at your own expense.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the
product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 15 days of order
receipt. Product must be in new and unused condition.
Return Shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling
fee is not refundable.
All sale product is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. If
you do send sale product back to us it will be shipped back to you at your own
expense.
Please note : Due to the nature of these hand made products certain
irregularities in embroideries/ printing are an integral part of the product.
Also the colors and look of the product has been kept as close to the original
as possible in the website. However slight variations in color/design/texture
may still exist. We have a devoted team of people inspecting the quality of the
merchandise and providing the best that is possible for such hand made
products. We shall not be able to fulfill any exchange requests received for
the criteria stated above.
Colors—Since our products are all hand made, there would be slight variations
in color, finish and design. Colors on the website are as accurate as possible,
but may not be exact.

your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Allem Studio shall issue a credit to your credit card account
